Sending Demons Into Pigs Q1: Why does Jesus even consider granting the request of the demons (Legion)? Was it just to fulfill another agenda like removing the financial idol from the owner of the herd? I don’t think Jesus was showing compassion to demons, but I struggle with understanding why he does exactly what Legion wanted. Q2: Where did the demons go when pigs die? If they are without a host, can’t they stay in the vicinity and still torment people?
