By accessing or using BibleSlides ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BibleSlides is a presentation platform for creating, editing, and presenting Bible teaching content across web and mobile apps.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to notify us of unauthorized account use.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant BibleSlides a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not infringe third-party rights or upload harmful content.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid features may require an auto-renewable subscription. Subscription terms, price, and billing cycle are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to the platform's rules.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy: bibleslides.app/privacy.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BibleSlides is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Scripture copyright

Churches that activate the ESV with their own Crossway API key use that text under Crossway's terms. Slides and projection mark those passages (ESV) and link to ESV.org. This page carries the full notice.
